当機構では、法人、自治体、大使館、在外公館、海外大学、国際機関向けに、日本企業・日本組織と関わる仕事の場面、関係性、日本で暮らす中での生活・子育て・地域との関わり、そして就職・インターン・定着まで、今日から使える実践的プログラムを提供しています。

国際人が日本と関わるあらゆる場面で生じる「伝わらない」「わからない」「不安になる」などの状況を、日本語と異文化理解の両面から、実務コミュニケーションの視点で包括的に支援しています。すぐに使える実践的なプログラムで、安心して共に働き、共に生活できる環境づくりをサポートしています。

同じ内容であっても、どんな言葉で、どんな順序で、どんな場面で伝えるかによって、受け取られ方は大きくかわります。特に多文化環境や日本の職場や環境では、言葉の背景にある文化・価値観・暗黙の前提などがコミュニケーションに影響します。

「言葉」は、単なる伝達手段ではありません。人と人、組織と人をつなぐ「環境」もつくるものです。そして文化をつなぎ、人と人を結ぶ力です。

「言葉」は、文字や音だけでなく、想い、姿勢、空気感、わたしたちの生き方も変える力があります。言葉を知ること、そして丁寧に選ぶこと、発することで、人と人とのコミュニケ―ションが変わり、場の空気、そして人生も変えるエネルギーになります。すべての人が安心して学び、自分を活かし、希望をもち、世界で、共に生きる社会を目指しています。言葉を効果的に使うことでコミュニケーションの質があがり、自信ももてるようになります。外国人・日本人・教育機関・企業・自治体・大学・組織をつなぎ、この美しい地球に生きる人々の　’ことばの架け橋’　として、ともに成長できる未来を目指して全力でサポートしています。

We are a specialized organization that supports 'language × communication × culture × international careers.' Language is not just letters or sounds; it has the power to convey thoughts, attitudes, atmospheres, and even change the way we live. By understanding language, choosing it carefully, and expressing it thoughtfully, communication with others transforms, affecting the mood of the environment and becoming a powerful force that can change lives. We aim to create a society where everyone can learn with confidence, make the most of themselves, hold hope, and live together in the world. Language also encompasses cultural backgrounds. By knowing language and using it effectively, the quality of communication improves, and people gain confidence. We connect foreigners, Japanese people, educational institutions, companies, and local governments, and fully support a future where we can grow together as 'bridges of language' for all people living on this beautiful Earth.

A portion of our sales is donated to international refugee support, UNICEF, the Red Cross, and other organizations.

Each course is offered in both Japanese and English. We provide custmised various courses and training sessions tailored to the needs of each organization, including embassies, international organizations, schools, corporate training, educational institutions, local governments, international exchange programs, and events.
